Queen Elizabeth National Park, located in western Uganda, is one of the most visited national parks in the country. The park is renowned for its diverse ecosystems, ranging from savannahs and forests to wetlands and lakes. It is home to an incredible variety of wildlife, including elephants, lions, hippos, leopards, and Uganda kob.
A key highlight of the park is the famous tree-climbing lions in the Ishasha sector. Visitors can also enjoy a boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, a natural waterway that attracts a wealth of birdlife and aquatic animals.
